From the time I became scuba certified at age 15, I have put all other interests in life aside and have totally fallen in love with the sport of scuba diving.  At age 19, I became an instructor and have continued my passion of diving by introducing many people to the sport.  Over the years, I have seen all aspects of the scuba industry.  Everything from being a diver that rents gear at a local dive shop, to teaching, having a successful dive operation, and representing several lines of gear from different scuba manufacturers. 

One thing that I have realized over the years is that many people are deterred from scuba because it is an expensive sport.  Renting gear and buying gear can definitely put a dent in a diver's wallet.  Quality scuba equipment from good manufacturers usually comes at a high price.  Paying the high price didn't bother me as much as not receiving good customer service "after the sale".  It seems as though the manufacturers didn't care as much about the customer after the sale as much as they did before the sale.

With that said, we started this business because we know we can do better than our competition.  Our goal was to create an extremely high quality line of gear and stand behind it until ALL of our customers are 100% satisfied.  Companies have "mentioned" this in past, but not many have stood behind it.  We are proud to announce that we are the first in the industry to offer a "Wear it Out" warranty on all of our Down130' line.  The only warranty in the scuba industry that allows you to buy a product, "Wear it Out", and then return it for a NEW ONE!
